About Syntric Staffing Solutions
Syntric Staffing Solutions was founded in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a clear mission to connect medical technology manufacturers with top engineering talent that drives innovation, efficiency, and operational success.
Before entering the recruiting industry, I spent several years as an Engineer and Project Lead in the industrial manufacturing sector, with a background in both Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering. From developing products from concept to production, I gained firsthand experience with the technical demands, regulatory requirements, and collaborative effort it takes to bring innovative products to market. I understand not only the engineering challenges involved, but also the multidisciplinary teams it takes to turn an idea into a successful product. That experience gives me a deep understanding of the roles, team dynamics, and business objectives behind every engineering hire.
